Future of Good is partnering with Mentor Canada to launch their 2nd annual reverse-mentoring event. Young leaders are doing game-changing work every day in the social impact space. With their lived experience and unique generational insights, these leaders shine a light on what the sector needs as it moves forward. Reverse mentorship allows senior-level leaders in social impact to learn, unlearn, and be mentored by younger leaders in the sector across a range of areas. As a mentee, you will have the opportunity to listen to stories and perspectives from young leaders on what organizations should know about, what they need to thrive, and how to drive the evolution of the sector.
