ADaPT (Advanced Digital and Professional Training), is a community program designed for Black youth to equip them with essential professional skills required for success in today’s business world. This program is a joint initiative of The Diversity Institute and The Black Business and Professional Association, aimed at empowering Black youth to become future leaders.

ADaPT offers comprehensive training in four core areas: Business literacy, Financial literacy, Digital marketing, and Business operations. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-life case studies, participants will have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the business world.
