FutureBUILDS is a BIPOC Real Estate Development Incubator that seeks to support mid-career Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC), who are interested in launching entrepreneurial ventures in real estate development. This incubator program will build a new cohort of real estate developers across Canada, starting with a pilot in Toronto. The goal of this initiative is to add new thinking, agility, and ideas into the sector by engaging BIPOC entrepreneurs and innovators who are passionate about solving issues of access to housing and housing affordability.
