Black Food Sovereignty Toronto Community Conversations

Building on its leadership in advocating for a Black Food Sovereignty Plan, Black Food Sovereignty Toronto is joining The City of Toronto’s Confronting Anti-Black Racism Unit to host a series of online Community Conversations on October 29 and November 19 to facilitate community dialogue around the future of Black food sovereignty in Toronto.

This Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST, you’re invited to Day 1 of Black Food Sovereignty Toronto Community Conversations. Here you’ll have the opportunity to discuss key topics on Black Food Sovereignty including government, education, science, and how your needs as a farmer, restaurateur, business owner, and more may be prioritized through this long-term plan for uniting sustainable Black food systems.
