The City of Toronto is conducting a survey of Indigenous, Black and other diverse business owners and operators. Findings from the confidential survey will inform a review of the City’s Social Procurement Program and help address barriers to procurement opportunities. The City is looking for ways to leverage its spending on goods and services to drive inclusive economic growth.
