Cultural Hotspot Community Connect Sessions

In 2023, the Cultural Hotspot celebrates Little Jamaica, highlighting its historical, present, and future cultural significance and creative contributions to the shaping of modern-day Toronto. This includes highlighting communities as far west as Eglinton-West, Fairbank to the north, Oakwood-Vaughan to the south, and Cedarvale to the east.

The first Cultural Hotspot Community Connect information session is scheduled to happen next week, on Wednesday, October 5 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Maria A. Shchuka Library. The sessions are for arts organizations, artists, community organizations, BIAs, and community members in the Little Jamaica area. Come out and share ideas about what programming you would like to see and/or develop in the community.

If you haven’t had a chance to register for a session, please RSVP here and secure your spot!
