New Survey on Black Individuals Accessing Services for IDD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder

This survey is aimed at examining the perception of Black individuals and/or their families towards access to developmental services. The data collected here will be used to monitor discrimination, identify, and remove systemic barriers to accessing services and address historical disadvantages to promote culturally safer and culturally sensitive care for the Black individuals accessing developmental services and their families/caregivers. 

The survey will take less than 15 minutes. Participation in this survey is voluntary. The responses will remain anonymous. Find the survey here.
