Third Session of the Permanent Forum on People of African Descent - April 16 to 19
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is hosting the Third Session of the Permanent Forum on People of African Descent. This is an important session that will include the active participation of the Government of Canada and Black Civil Society Leaders.
The theme of the Third Session that opens in Geneva on April 16 is the Second International Decade for People of African Descent: Addressing Systemic Racism, Reparatory Justice, and Sustainable Development.
