Together with partner organizations, NABC has submitted a 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 to the federal Build Canada Homes consultation.

Our recommendations highlight the need for:

• Equity in eligibility
• Fair access to federal land and financing
• Stronger sector capacity building

These priorities ensure Black-led organizations are meaningfully included in shaping Canada’s housing future.
